Value for Ages Inc., starts to process orders after the payment is received. It usually takes 1-3 days to process. Once picked out from the warehouse, a tracking code will be generated then provided to you.

After the order is processed, a tracking number will be generated and the tracking URL will be provided to your email and on Orders page on the website.

If you don’t see tracking number after paying for an order, there are a few possibilities:

  1. Order was placed when our processing team is off duty: the team will purchase, pick and pack as soon as they get back to work the next day.
  2. Delay due to weekends or public holidays: our warehouse is off on Sunday and public holidays.
  3. Additional information required: our team will hold the order and contact you
  4. Extreme situation: the COVID-19 is slowing down manufacturing, as well as shipping and delivery. It might take 5 days for processing.

Unexpected delay happened – Local strikes, extreme weather and other factors might cause delay.

Value for Ages Inc., offers different shipping options, which gives seller great flexibility on delivery timeframe, tracking availability and cost:

Standard shipping: normally within 5 -7 business days, tracking included

Economy shipping: normally within 7- 14 business days, tracking included

ePacket: normally within 2 – 4 weeks, tracking included

China Post: normally a month, tracking included

Standard express shipping (i.e FEDEX, DHL), tracking included

The average delivery time is 7-10 days.

The processing time usually takes 1-3 business days after you paid for the order.

After Value for Ages Inc., accepts the reshipment request, Value for Ages Inc., will start to purchase and process within 2 business days.

Value for Ages Inc., will make decision on the shipping option, and it might be different from the original shipping option. Tracking code will be provided to the customer.

After Value for Ages Inc., accepts the refund request, it takes two business days for internal team to process the refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method. After Value for Ages Inc., sent the refund, it might take several business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account.

The payment service provider might charge transaction fees or handling fees, and Value for Ages Inc., is not responsible for it.

Customers must send the refund or reshipment request within 5 days of the order marked as delivered according to the tracking code.

Value for Ages Inc., will check your request and will issue refund or arrange reshipment, if the proofs are valid. During the process, Value for Ages Inc., might ask for more information and customer should provide it within two business days.
