SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Policy: Free Shipping on EVERYTHING WE SELL. Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.
- Most orders ship out within 1 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2-10 business days of the order being placed.
- We send out tracking email shortly after the order ships.
- Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground.
- Some large items, like sofas and heavy beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping ABF freight. RLcarriers, or other freight carrier (customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up)
- Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If signature is required then someone may need to be present to sign for the order upon delivery, the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
Please note that while we do offer Free Shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received
